Blogging of All Things Strange and Unconventional
The best thing about blogging is that you can write about anything that hits your imagination. Have you ever heard of the Incy Wincy Spider Liberator? Would you be surprised to know it saves the lives of those poor little spiders who have fallen in your bath tub? All you have to do is put this Liberator ladder in your bath tub before turning the water on. In case there is spider in danger, it will climb the ladder and get a second chance to live.
If you are already aware of that, how about the Santa Claus Detector? Another invention for the books of all things strange. You hang the detector stocking beside the fireplace and when Santa comes down the chimney, the alarm will ring in all its glory.
Darwin’s theory of natural selection talks about the survival of the fittest and there’s an invention to aid cats gain the most of it. The device combines a bird trapper and a cat feeder. It’s somewhat gory, but it’s weird and useful if you are lazy to feed your purring pet.
If you didn’t know about any of this - or that in no Vegas casino will you find a clock - you really should browse through a few blogs about the weird and the wonderful! How people come up with these ideas is up to you to decide, of course, but there are quite a few creative minds out there that are just warped enough to come up with some of the weirdest things you’d ever hear of.
If you did know about the Santa Detector - which can also be equipped with a shot gun, if you say, “Bah! Humbug!” like Scrooge - you should consider it your noble duty to pass the information along.
Whether you agree with the necessity for such inventions is another story altogether, but some of these interestingly strange inventions actually serve a good purpose. Take for example, the air-conditioned shoes. It’s probably not possible to do, but you can’t help wondering if it can be done. After all, it will get rid of smelly feet and keep you freshened no matter how much you walk.
The internet is similar to a limitless information source, although not all of it’s reliable or even true. The weird and wonderful news stories, inventions and all sorts of unbelievable aspects of life are always very interesting and these are blogged by those who believe in everything unconventional.
Whether you believe in the conventional or not, going through a few of these blogs can keep you entertained for ages. If you take a fancy to it, you could always dig up a few such tidbits of your own and put them up on your own blog, and give other people a laugh - and have a blast doing it.

Check Out This Website Review Site!
Wouldn’t it be great if you could find a website that offers reviews of popular sites, so you could know which ones were interesting to you? As it happens, I found a site that does exactly that, and thought it was worth sharing the information with you.
The variety of topics to be found online is nearly endless. From aardvarks to zebras, acid rain to yellow fever, there is most likely a multitude of websites on the subject. Such endless variety is one of the most popular aspacts of the worldwide web, but that profucion is also a likely cause for confusion when trying to find the perfect sites to add to your bookmarks.
If news and current events are your interest, you’ll want to know which sites to visit to fill your news and entertainment needs. Join virtual communities focused around a topic of interest, and composed of people from all over the world. Get the facts on important online shops and communities, some of them famous, and others that ought to be.
Music hath charms to soothe the savage breast, so it is said, and the internet makes the sharing of individual expression through music as easy as finding just the site to do it. I can’t make you visit this site I keep talking about, but it really was informative, with reviews of sites I’ve known about for years, but including innovative ones music, and a plethora of easy and affordable online shopping.
I thought the reviews offered on this site were very helpful. I found out what the sites were about, how they looked, and even information about any products or service they offered. And there were even some easy tips about each site to help me navigate easily. I was able to find something that really interested me, and I knew exactly how to find it on the site. That was really a great timesaver for me.
To me, it’s important to know what a site is going to be like. If I’m shopping, I like to go straight to the products, and if I’m looking to socialize, I want to know how to find the chat and message forums. These reviews were that good, that I was completely familiar with what to do when I clicked the link. And the image of each site’s home page in the review was the final kudo for a job well done.
Maybe I’m over-reacting, but I don’t really think so. This was the best website review spot I’ve seen. But don’t take my word for it, take a look for yourself, and you’ll see the wide variety of information it offers. And then you’ll believe me next time I make a suggestion.
I’ve seen a lot of websites that gave reviews of this site or that one, but never one that featured such a wide variety of interests, or provided such clear information. It lived up to the task of delivering a professional review, and gave me plenty of information about the sites reviewed to allow me to make a decision whether to visit or not.

However, this Forex Robot software can easily be used by someone who does not have a background in Forex trading. With just some basic computer skills, you can set up and run this program.

Web 2.0 can be a full time job and keeping up with the latest and greatest Web 2.0
tools takes time. Is it worth your time to use Twitter? By the time you finished reading this article, I’m confident your agree that it is.
Most business owners should be using Twitter. It’s a direct connection to their clients and to potential clients. You can quickly stay connected to the people who make your business profitable and easily build a list of
potential new clients.
Over a 90 day period on Twitter, I’ve been able to find 900+ followers who want to see what I am doing. Twitter is much like an email list, but more effective in deliverability. When you post to Twitter your followers will have your post on their page.
Connecting with your customers is important in maintaining your customer relationships. With Twitter, you do this by answering the question “What are you doing?” Twitter has Spam and you don’t want to participate, so make sure your smart about what you say and how you say it.
Are you ready to get the conversation going? Ask a question, like “Would you like to goto Hawaii for $199 for the week?” or “Did you vote today?” Your followers will simply reply back with a direct message (dm) by simply putting @jaynapier and answering the question.
If you want to know what your customers are thinking, this is your open page to create that 2-way conversation that will produce a stronger business. I recently saw where Dirks Bentley is offering a free tree ornament when you renew your fan club membership. It’s great PR and what I feel is the best web 2.0 that
is not video.

Why you want to use Twitter
Web 2.0 is fun, but deciding what you’re going to use can be the real challenge. It takes time to do it all. Is it worth your time to use Twitter?
Most business owners should be using Twitter. It’s a direct connection to their clients and to potential clients. You can quickly stay connected to the people who make your business profitable and easily build a list of
potential new clients.
Email marketing is basically useless these days, you can’t guarantee that your customers will get their email. Twitter can get the message out. What would a 900 people list be worth to you? What if you could do it in 90 days or less? And when you post to Twitter, the message will go on their page.
The basic question you’ll be answering is “What are you doing”, it’s how you answer this that make it an effective tool. You don’t want to be Twitter Spam, but you also want to give your followers an opportunity to connect with you.
“What 3 Fragrances of candles did you recently buy?” would be a good way to get a conversation going as well. A follower can direct message (dm) their replies
to you, letting you know what people are buying, How much is that worth?
Investing your time in a Web 2.0 requires careful consideration and Twitter is a
MUST. It’s the best, non-video Web 2.0 technology. Corporation should be using
it daily to put out fires and to keep happy customers happy. Buy MORE and Buy MORE
Often is the end result.

Convenience And Comfort A Huge Factor In Where I Choose To Shop
I am a stay at home mom of two small boys. Like a lot of stay-at-home moms, I am limited to what stores are \”accessable to me\” by a number of things. Things like the width of store aisles, the ease of parking, helpfulness of employees, and the size and maneuverability of the available shopping carts are all a factor in where I can and can’t go.
Like so many other American households, I do the majority of the shopping. Not sure if this is fair or not, but irrelevant in my case as it’s a fact. As so many others, I bring my children along. Which stores to shop is truly based on the factors I mentioned above and play a much larger role than some may think. For example, I have an appointment at a beauty supply store later this morning. The aisles and lack of availability of shopping carts will limit the time I am willing to spend inside the store.
I believe this is true for a majority of women in my position. If it is difficult to shop the store because the ease of maneuverability, a good number of consumers are going to avoid the store or business as much as possible, and when they do enter the store, it will be for as little time as possible. This means less money is spent, and they are less likely to purchase \”impulse buys\”. They will be in and out of the store on a mission to get the few items they need and then get out before there is a public meltdown (either by mom or children!).
Of the various factors, maybe the most important one is the shopping cart. For me to shop at a store and possibly linger versus simply getting the specific items I seek, the shopping cart needs to be wide enough to securely place a car seat or infant carrier inside without the feeling of the possibility that the cart may topple over.
The ideal shopping cart for a small business should be sturdy and lightnot bulky and heavy. It should be large enough to contain the items a shopper needs, but not so large that maneuvering through aisles becomes difficult and frustrating.
On several occassions, I have simply left a store due to frustration created by shopping carts being the wrong size for the shop I was in, or the wheels not working correctly or even aisles to cluttered for me the navigate through them to get to the items which I am most interested. I seem to avoid these stores in the future due to these bad experiences.
I prefer stores that recognize the balance of cart size and aisle width to accomodate their particular inventory of items. I need a cart in which a five year old can sit in the basket while allowing me the room needed to purchase the items I am looking to buy.
Some may think it’s silly to put so much emphasis on where to shop based on their shopping carts, but it’s the truth. These factors all weigh in on which stores I will visit. There is a particular retailer I had to avoid until my son could sit up on his own since finding out that their carts would not allow me to safely secure my infant carrier to the front. However mundane it may seem, shopping carts do have an impact of the stores clientele. For me, the best shopping cart would be lightweight, possibly made from plastic, sturdy yet free turning wheels, wide enough to safely secure an infant carrier along with the needed space inside the basket for possibly another child, yet light enough as to not feel bulky while navigating through the store. The overall size needs to be proportunate to the aisle width and the products being sold. Such thought into the shopping carts may result in shoppers spending more time inside the store, hence spending more money.

The Right Attitude Can Make or Break Your MLM Business
Consider this. Having the right skills will get you pretty far in this business. But with the wrong attitude, how long do you think your personal finance in MLM will stay that way? As with all aspects in life, there are things needed in life beside know-how’s.
So it is not really surprising that in the world of MLM, attitude is the strongest determinant of your personal finance success. Business structure, compensation plan, product and training systems are all important. But without the right attitude, they are just tools lying unused in a tool box. They don’t end up building any real-time personal finance in MLM.
Those who are new to building personal finance in MLM should focus on this all-important aspect. That is, if they want to be successful. Click here for more information.
The only question left is what kind of attitude you should focus on. Be coachable. There is no quicker way to fail in the world of MLM personal finance than to walk into a business assuming you already know what is going to work and what would not.
Get alongside as many of your successful upline as you can. Ask them how you can make your business work, listen to what they say, and then follow through on their suggestions. If something does not seem to be working, get alongside them again. Ask them what you could be doing differently, rather than assuming the concept itself is flawed.
Understand your purpose. While there may well be people who get into MLM because they genuinely enjoy the challenges of the sales process, most sign up in this business because it had potential to help then achieve something big in their personal finance and in their lives.
Achieving MLM personal finance success is related to developing the ability to stay positive. Like anything else, there will be ups and downs along the way. Staying positive through the downs would not just make you more successful in the long run; it will make life far more enjoyable while you are getting there.
The great thing about attitude determining your success? It is the one thing you have complete control over. You may not be able to do anything to change your company’s business structure, compensation plan, product or training systems, but you can always change your attitude.

Want A Floodgate Of Blog Traffic? Read These 10 Traffic Tips.
In every bloggers life comes a special day - the day they first launch a new blog. Now unless you went out and purchased someone else’’s blog chances are your blog launched with only one very loyal reader - you. Maybe a few days later you received a few hits when you told your sister, father, girlfriend and best friend about your new blog but that’’s about as far you went when it comes to finding readers. Here are the top 10 techniques new bloggers can use to find readers.
These are tips specifically for new bloggers, those people who have next-to-no audience at the moment and want to get the ball rolling.
It helps if you work on this list from top to bottom as each technique builds on the previous step to help you create momentum. Eventually once you establish enough momentum you gain what is called “traction”, which is a large enough audience base (about 500 readers a day is good) that you no longer have to work too hard on finding new readers. Instead your current loyal readers do the work for you through word of mouth.Top 10 Tips
10. Write at least five major “pillar” articles. A pillar article is usually a tutorial style article aimed to teach your audience something. Generally they are longer than 500 words and have lots of very practical tips or advice. This article you are currently reading could be considered a pillar article since it is very practical and a good “how-to” lesson. This style of article has long term appeal, stays current (it isn”t news or time dependent) and offers real value and insight. The more pillars you have on your blog the better.
9. Write one new blog post per day minimum. Not every post has to be a pillar, but you should work on getting those five pillars done at the same time as you keep your blog fresh with a daily news or short article style post. The important thing here is to demonstrate to first time visitors that your blog is updated all the time so they feel that if they come back tomorrow they will likely find something new. This causes them to bookmark your site or subscribe to your blog feed.
You don”t have to produce one post per day all the time but it is important you do when your blog is brand new. Once you get traction you still need to keep the fresh content coming but your loyal audience will be more forgiving if you slow down to a few per week instead. The first few months are critical so the more content you can produce at this time the better.
8. Use a proper domain name. If you are serious about blogging be serious about what you call your blog. In order for people to easily spread the word about your blog you need an easily rememberable domain name. People often talk about blogs they like when they are speaking to friends in the real world (that’’s the offline world, you remember that place right?) so you need to make it easy for them to spread the word and pass on your URL. Try and get a .com if you can and focus on small easy to remember domains rather than worry about having the correct keywords (of course if you can get great keywords and easy to remember then you”ve done a good job!).
7. Start commenting on other blogs. Once you have your pillar articles and your daily fresh smaller articles your blog is ready to be exposed to the world. One of the best ways to find the right type of reader for your blog is to comment on other people’’s blogs. You should aim to comment on blogs focused on a similar niche topic to yours since the readers there will be more likely to be interested in your blog.
Most blog commenting systems allow you to have your name/title linked to your blog when you leave a comment. This is how people find your blog. If you are a prolific commentor and always have something valuable to say then people will be interested to read more of your work and hence click through to visit your blog.
6. Trackback and link to other blogs in your blog posts. A trackback is sort of like a blog conversation. When you write a new article to your blog and it links or references another blogger’’s article you can do a trackback to their entry. What this does is leave a truncated summary of your blog post on their blog entry - it’’s sort of like your blog telling someone else’’s blog that you wrote an article mentioning them. Trackbacks often appear like comments.
This is a good technique because like leaving comments a trackback leaves a link from another blog back to yours for readers to follow, but it also does something very important - it gets the attention of another blogger. The other blogger will come and read your post eager to see what you wrote about them. They may then become a loyal reader of yours or at least monitor you and if you are lucky some time down the road they may do a post linking to your blog bringing in more new readers.
5. Encourage comments on your own blog. One of the most powerful ways to convince someone to become a loyal reader is to show there are other loyal readers already following your work. If they see people commenting on your blog then they infer that your content must be good since you have readers so they should stick around and see what all the fuss is about. To encourage comments you can simply pose a question in a blog post. Be sure to always respond to comments as well so you can keep the conversation going.
4. Submit your latest pillar article to a blog carnival. A blog carnival is a post in a blog that summarizes a collection of articles from many different blogs on a specific topic. The idea is to collect some of the best content on a topic in a given week. Often many other blogs link back to a carnival host and as such the people that have articles featured in the carnival enjoy a spike in new readers.
To find the right blog carnival for your blog, do a search at http://blogcarnival.com/.
3. Submit your blog to blogtopsites.com. To be honest this tip is not going to bring in a flood of new readers but it’’s so easy to do and only takes five minutes so it’’s worth the effort. Go to Blog Top Sites, find the appropriate category for your blog and submit it. You have to copy and paste a couple of lines of code on to your blog so you can rank and then sit back and watch the traffic come in. You will probably only get 1-10 incoming readers per day with this technique but over time it can build up as you climb the rankings. It all helps!
2. Submit your articles to EzineArticles.com. This is another tip that doesn”t bring in hundreds of new visitors immediately (although it can if you keep doing it) but it’’s worthwhile because you simply leverage what you already have - your pillar articles. Once a week or so take one of your pillar articles and submit it to Ezine Articles. Your article then becomes available to other people who can republish your article on their website or in their newsletter.
How you benefit is through what is called your “Resource Box”. You create your own resource box which is like a signature file where you include one to two sentences and link back to your website (or blog in this case). Anyone who publishes your article has to include your resource box so you get incoming links. If someone with a large newsletter publishes your article you can get a lot of new readers at once.
1. Write more pillar articles. Everything you do above will help you to find blog readers however all of the techniques I”ve listed only work when you have strong pillars in place. Without them if you do everything above you may bring in readers but they won”t stay or bother to come back. Aim for one solid pillar article per week and by the end of the year you will have a database of over 50 fantastic feature articles that will work hard for you to bring in more and more readers.
